WHERE WE SHIP

 

At this time, Carjyk ships exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. Your order is shipped from our fulfilment locations in Germany and France.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

 

Standard Shipping (Free)

Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

 

Express Shipping (4.95 euros)

This option includes insured delivery and typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Personalized storybooks are prepared specially for you after your order is placed, so please allow time for your book to be created before it is shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

The delivery times listed above are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

 

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it on your behalf.
